摘要

With the low temperature plasma, the fiber can be modified without any necessary medium. That means the fiber gaseous material can act directly on the fiber during the process, which make the modification of the textile simple and quick. Further more, it can serve a lot for environmental protection, saving water & energy and better durability. Most of all, it can have multiple effects on the textile materials. So there is a great future for using the plasma in the process of dyeing & finishing of household textiles. The reaction mechanism of the low temperature plasma technique as well as the nature of the process is discussed in the paper, and the effect and the future develop is evaluated.
