Application of photoacoustic spectroscopy in visible and infrared regions to studies of thin olive oil layers on water

PHotoacoustic spectroscopy was adopted to studies of model layered olive oli-water systems. photoacoustic signal amplitude and phase dependencies were analyzed by means of the depth profiling approach to recover the sample thermal parameters and its inhomogeneity.
