Dynamic vulcanized NR/PP blended thermoplastic elastomer (TPV) was prepared. The effects of the mechanical properties, the resistance to solvent and resistance to thermal distortion of TPE ware investigated by analyzing the modification of nano-silica and MAH/St/DCP multi-monomer melt grafting and crosslinking. The heat stability, two-phase structure and morphology structure of TPE ware studied by TG. SEM and TEM separately. The results show that, the MAH/St/DCP multi-monomer melt grafted and crosslinked TPV had best mechanical properties, resistance to solvent and resistance to thermal distortion and heat stability when the best content of nano-silica was 3%. The compatibility and interfacial interaction between NR and PP was increased greatly by mining dispersive phase, improving dispersive equality of NR and enhancing co-crosslinking of the two phases. The destruction of TPV was the matrix becoming deformed instead of the NR cast off the matrix.
