摘要

The acrylic acid intermediate containing activated silicon alcohol gel was formed by putting acidified sodium silicate into acrylic acid. And the hybrid organic-inorganic silicon material (SiO_2-PMMA) was synthesized by emulsion polymerization, in which MMA was added. This material was analyzed by IR and TG. The result indicated that the activated-silicon-alcohol-gel-acrylic-acid intermediate can well co-polymerize with MMA. The SiO_2-PMMA hybrid material was used to modify NBR. The result showed that the properties of the material such as modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break all got improved.
