DIRECT MESSAGE CODING FOR MULTIPLE-ACCESS CHANNELS

This paper considers the 2-input multiple-access channel with direct source symbol encoding. The two source data streams may be arbitrarily correlated. For each of the four possible deterministic channel models with binary inputs, coding schemes are designed which minimise the decoding error probability.
