Choices on Development Pathway of the Telecommunications Industry Value Chain Based on Hypercycle Theory

The telecommunications industry value chain(TIVC) is lacking in harmony at present, which restricts the telecommunications industry to develop healthily. How to make the telecommunications industry develop from disharmony to harmony needs to seek an effective development pathway. This paper introduces the viewpoint of hypercycle theory, compares the hypercyclic characteristics of the biology system with the ones of the telecommunications industry system(TIS) on the basis of expounding the concept and evolutionary principle of hypercycle, proposes that the units of the TIS should form the hypercyclic organization, points out that the organization co-evolutes with the environment element system(EES) will be an effective pathway choice for the harmonious development of the telecommunications industry.
