After all details, concerning specifications and other customers demands as well as mass flows, are taken, there has to be, as a first conceptional step, a depiction of the probable logistic on production in order to include cost aspects into the planning.rnA good material flow controlled by software that is adapted on production processing reduces considerably overhead expenses. The logistic reflection has also to influenced by workplace design concerning productivity, security and hygiene. As our employees are the most important production factor and often also the most expensive the more their deployment has to be planned detailed.rnA continual, logical material flow serves also tracing of our products in order to guarantee the demands on product safety.rnIn a lot of existing packaging departments productivity and product safty are not optimal. Because of grown structures logistic procedures are orientated towards circumstances and not on the optimum.rnA simple look on the existing situation, material flows and workstations shows us immediately the difference between a grown packaging department and a planned installation orientated on productivity and quality.
