摘要

In the plain strain and the plain stress states, the influence of rare earth element Ce on fracture properties and meso-structure of Al-0.7Mg-0.55Si alloy is studied based on macroscopical and mesoscopical experiments. The results show that, through improving toughness of grain boundary, rare earth element Ce improves the macroscopical property of the alloy.
