A Comprehensive Evaluation of the Science and Technology Capability for the 12 Western Provinces

摘要

This paper designs an indicator system and chooses an objective entropy-value-based weight method to evaluate the science and technology capability of the 12 western provinces. To verify the evaluation result based on entropic model, it compares the result with those of other models. It shows that the evaluation results from different models are highly consistent.
