This paper studies the different petro-physical properties through angle gathers when different liquids such as oil and gas were injected into the thin inter-bed media. We applied the ray-parameter method to transform offset gathers to angler gathers, and got both big and small incident-angle gathers. The results showed that different angle gathers presented different attributes when different liquids were injected in the thin inter-bed media. And we could easily recognize that the liquids (oil and gas) have different moving rules and different time-lapse attributes on the angle gather sections. Thus, it is very useful to study the petro-physical properties of different liquids in the reservoirs through angle gathers.
