The Emission Inventory: Evolution, Implementation, and Future Challenges

摘要

This paper briefly chronicles emission inventory development and evolution over the past 25 years and describes current uses for the inventory. It discusses issues and challenges faced by EPA Region 10 (U.S. Pacific Northwest) and its state and local agencies in developing and effectively using their inventories, and describes future anticipated directions of the Region 10 emission inventory program.
