摘要

Though theoretical and experimental study, This programrncreate a method which makes use of pulsating characteristic ofrnthe water and steam two-phase flow to measure both steamrnflow rate and quality parameters. Using only a restrictionrndevice (orifice), online measures simultaneously on steamrnflow rate and quality are achieved by measuring differentrnpressure and its corresponding pulsating value.rnAccording this method, a two-phase flow instrument hasrnbeen developed, which is with simple structure and easy tornoperate. The measuring mean square errors of both flow raternand quality are less than 5% in the pressure range 2-16Mpa,rnflow rate 1-16t/h and quality 0-100%.rnThe instrument has been distributed over 430 sets in Shengli,rnXinjiang, Henan and Neimeng Erlian Oil Field.
