摘要

Perovskites of the type A~(II)B~(III)O_(3-x) have interesting catalytic and electrochemical properties which make them interesting for SOFC applications. Unfortunately, phase transitions and low thermodynamic stability prevent they from practical use. Doping with ceria significantly improves the electrochemical properties and suppresses disturbing phase transitions by the formation of stabilized solid solutions.rnElectro-catalytic properties (electronic/ionic conductivities, oxygen exchange properties) of the A~(II)B(III)O_(3-x) perovskites Sr(Ce)FeO_(3-x) and Sr(Ce)CoO_(3-x) were investigated. The stabilized A~(II)B~(III)O_(3-x) perovskites proved to be promising candidate materials for SOFC electrodes, oxygen membranes and catalysts, their properties are comparable with that of the usually applied A~(III)B~(III)O_(3-x) perovskites as La(Sr)MO_3 (M = Mn, Fe, Co).
