Wulaity imporvement was achieved to a certian degree by receivign ISO 9001 certificaiton.To achieve further imporvemen,we analyzed-aobut eighty product ocmplains.From this analysis,we realized that quality imporvmenet could not be achieved by process imporvement alone.
