摘要

Cord blood mononuclear cells (CBMNC)s have the potential to induce neovascularization in ischemic tissues. In addition, basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) has been known to stimulate blood vessel regeneration. In this study, we hypothesized that angio-genic efficacy of CBMNC tranplantation could be enhanced by cell transplantation using matrix and bFGF sustained delivery. To test this hypothesis, mouse limb ischemia was induced and treated with various therapies.
