摘要

A quasi-static model relating the measured reflection coefficient to the permittivity has been implemented and shown to be functional with a negligible offset. CPM was performed on seeded and control scaffolds and allowed for discrimination between the two. Low frequency CPM was successfully performed. However, an effective medium approximation remains to be implemented to extrapolate cell concentration within the scaffold; the results will then be validated against the upcoming SEM and DNA analyses.
