Conjugation of ovalbumin to pH-sensitive, membrane-disruptive poly(PAAc/PDSA) significantly increased its presentation in the MHC-1 pathway. While some control and characterization of the conjugation reaction is possible through stoichiometry, more work can be done to achieve optimal conjugate composition.
