Synthesis And Characterization Of Bioabsorbable Elastomers Of Segmented Poiy(l-Iactide-co-p-dioxanone) Copolymers

In the present study, we evaluated characteristics of a series of segmented poly(L-lactide-co-p-dioxanone) copolymers. It was determined that the segmented copolymers have characteristics like traditional thermoplastic elastomers. This behavior imparts high elongations to break and low permanent set.
