摘要

Although, some of the change in mechanical properties of the PUR/BG biocomposite can be attributed to a decrease in porosity, we conclude that the observed increase in the strength among the biocomposite groups is primarily dependent on entanglements between bulk and grafted polymer chains. Additionally, this increased strength of PUR/BG biocomposites was achieved with minimal delayed biomineralization on the BG surface in vitro.
