Aptamers for the Affinity Capture of Endothelial Progenitor Cells

摘要

The generated aptamers will enable the development of highly selective, affinity-based isolation methods of LO-EPCs. Such methods will enable rapid and efficient capture of this rare cell type, allowing a large number of late-EPCs to be isolated in a short time. Future work will focus on assessing the functional utility of these aptamers to capture late-EPCs under flow.
