摘要

pNDJ hydrogels are viscoelastic and temperature-responsive. Their degradation products are not cytotoxic to osteoblasts at concentrations up to 2.5 wt%. The viscous nature and degradability of these hydrogels makes them promising for use for antimicrobial delivery in cementless arthroplasty.
