A new micelle drug carrier that consists of a diblock polymer of propylene sulfide (PS) and N,N-dimethylacrylamide (poly(PS_(74)-b-DMA_(310))) has been developed and characterized for site-specific release of hydrophobic drugs to sites of high oxidative stress. This micelle has significant potential for targeted drug delivery in applications such as cancer and atherosclerosis.
