摘要

Incorporation of GMA MPs synthesized with different cross-linking ratios was achieved at comparable seeding ratios and elicited varying protease activity within EBs. The ability to deliver BMP-4 within a single MP formulation capable of variable release rates enables the study of the effects of temporal activation of the BMP-4 pathway on mesendodermal differentiation within EBs.
