摘要

Min-6 spheriods with different sizes can be fabricated through an automatic spheroid maker. MIN-6 spheroids encapsulated in proper hydrogels showed high viability and functional character. Co-culture hMSCs with hydrogel-coated MIN-6 spheroids resulted in hMSCs-coated spheroids/hydrogel microspheres with shell-core structure.
