Software Error Data Collection and Analysis in Industry

This panel session discusses different industrial practices in different countries with software error data collection and analysis. The panelists will firstly summarize the practices in their organizations. It will include definitions of software errors, mechanisms used to collect data, methods used to analyze them and examples of use. We will then discuss what are common across the countries and what are different.
