In this work, we have been developed gun beading state measurement which permit to us the precise investigation of beading state of gun just after Gun beading. This measurement is very sensible for inspection of the interface state between the grids and the Beadglass. We have been utilized this measurement to normalize the gun beading condition. The optimal signal was determined after various CRT test. After normalization of gun beading condition, we can maintain the stable distribution of CRT products with improvement the CRT performances. As we know very well, the gun beading problem is very classic but very important. Sometimes we have openly shock, thermal problems which is origin of random deformation of grids . The random thermal deformation of grid is origin of abnormal gun beading and there was any method to quantify the beading state of gun to avoid this. But in our gun producing process, each gun beading machine is normalized by aide of gun beading state measurement and the gun were checked each ours by machine manager to maintain the optima state. After normalizing the gun beading condition, our CRT performances are improved and the distribution is diminish remarkably.
