Structural Analysis of Vacuum Panel for FED

摘要

For the optimization of spacer structures for FED panels, a structural analysis procedure has been established. Using the procedure, for a panel of 150mm x 75mm, the adequate glass thickness of the panel without spacers was determined. For a panel of 140mm x 120mm, an appropriate spacer design that meets the requirements of spacers was suggested.
