摘要

In summary, we have studied the performance of OLED devices employing a ITO glass/TPD/Alq_3/CuPc/Li/Al structure. Both optical and electrical efficiency are all improved. The interface formation between CuPc and Li are studied by XPS analysis. Interdiffusion and reaction take place when Li is deposited on CuPc layer and then produce a new molecular composition, which is the real reason for improving electrons injection efficiency greatly.
