REASEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHM IN A CAPP SYSTEM

摘要

A decision process for machining step sequences is described for an integrated CAPP system in this paper. The machining cell is divided according to part feature and machining method-link is consisted by those machining cells. At last the optimal technologic route that can satisfy different restrictions shall be got after searching optimal machining step sequence. In searching process the fitness function that can satisfy reconstructed Genetic Algorithms (GAs) is used.
