The Development of Intelligent Water-Meter with Variables Charge

摘要

This paper introduces the development of IC card water-meter, which is based on EMC 78 single-chip processor. It explains working principle of the intelligent water-meter and key technique, including the structures of its hardware and software. This water-meter has characteristic of simple structure, accurate measure, good Counter-interference capability, four charge standards and many kind of intelligence, such as preventing water running.
