摘要

In order to indicate the metla formign metchanism,the warm extrusion porcess of joint shell is simulated in this paer by using three dimensional rigid viscoplastic fiite element method.The metal flow patterns and distributions of stress,strain and temperature are described in detailed by using FEM.Also,the relationship betwene the deformaiton behaviros of metla and exteral deformaiton conidtions is anlsyzed so as to prvide the theroretical proinicple for ide design and makign reasonable metal formign process.Meanwhile.the tecniq etreatemtns of FEm for simulating three idmensional plastic deformaiton process,such as descriptin fo die,discretization of FEM and three dimensional contact problem are also discussed in this paper.
