摘要

The paper deals with the problem of synthesis of a flexible mathematical model of an exothermic continuous stirred tand reactor for real-time simulation. For realistic testing of model-based controllers, some physical phenomena (not included in the internal model of the controller) should be included in the real-time simulator of the process representing control plant. In the real-time mode of simulation runs, the additional physical phenomena under consideration must be switched-on and switched-off with an application of the antireset windup and bumpless switching techniques.
