摘要

The paper deals with simulation of industrial process and model-based predictive control To support realworld implementation of non standard controller simulator of controlled process was created. Process is described by continuous distributed parameter model. There were derived as well simplified first principle models of the non-linear heat exchange processes, which were implemented into Predictive Functional Controllers (PFC) as an internal model. That technique requires much time for modeling and identification than for final implementation. Thus simulation experiments are very useful in that phase of controller design.
