In the paper, based on the principle of the burden and movement of the arc board under the impact explosive loading, a new method of controlled fracture blasting, water pressure blasting with an arc board in a hole, is put forward. Through theory analysis, experiment simulation and computer simulation, following results are discovered: using arc board in the hole can reflect and unload impact wave, so it can protect one side (in the front arc board ) and damage the other side (opposite side of the arc board), thus it can control the state of fracture.
