The Application of Intelligence Expert System for Bench Blasting in Lanjian Iron Mine

摘要

The structure and function of the intelligence expert system for bench blasting design (IESBBD) of open mine, are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the design flow chart of the IESBBD package developed by Visual Basic and Access database is also given. The package has been used in Lanjian Iron Mine, which realized the automation of blasting design and the systematization of blasting management. The results of 6 blasting experiments in Lanjian iron mine show that various kinds of design charts given by the system can be directly applied to blasting operation, and their blasting effect satisfies the production requirement.
