A study on the new shaped align-free sustain electrodes showing high luminous efficiency a AC PDPs

摘要

In order to improve the luminous efficiency in ac PDPs, we have suggested the conventional non align-free T-shaped and align-free bullet shaped sustaining electrodes, which are eliminated by the transparent electrode near by barrier ribs. The experimental results show that the luminous efficiency of those could be improved about 35 percent, 28 percent, respectively, with almost the same luminance.
