摘要

This paper investigates effects of nutrient conditions on iignin peroxidase (LiP) activity in static and shaking culture.In static condition.LiP appears high activity in carbon limiting medium ,with glucose (0.02%) and dextrin(0.18%) together or batch adding as carbon sources LiP activity is much higher than with sole glucosejln shaking culture ,LiP appears high activity in nitrogen limiting medium,the similar nitrogen source combination and batch model inhibit LiP production.After majorization of medium ,LiP activity gets to 7560U/L and suitable productive time is 6d in static condition;Under shaking condition ,LiP activity arrives 6500U/L and suitable productive time is 8d.
