摘要

He-atoms with keV-energies as well as a laser beam are scattered under a grzing angle of incidence from a flat and clean Al (111)-surface. From the analysis of angular distributions for scattered projectiles we deduce that the projectiles are scattered with respect to the planes of single terraces formed by topmost layer atomsm. With our method we are able to resove terraces of crystallographic domains of the aarget showing different orientations with respect to the macroscopic surface plane.
