This article focuses on the ground of the space flight for star sensor product calibration and test process, the simulator pin hole size selection of strategies and evaluation methods were analyzed and discussed, With the focal length is 2000mm, caliber diameter is 200mm simulator as instance, analysis to choose the influence of different calibration precision pin hole size on the product process, through the analysis and practical verification, found that when the simulator pin hole changed from 0.06mm to 0.03mm, calibration precision products will be improved, the residual error can be reduced to a have around 0.5'.
