The scope of this paper will define processes and programs to maximize semiconductor facility fire life safety system (FLSS) performance, reliability and facility uptime. This will include the following: project planning, system design, construction and installation, testing and commissioning, documentation and project sign-off, and ongoing inspection, testing and maintenance program development.
