The new developed GM1000X200 High-pressure Grinding Roller was applied to do serial experiment of crushing ironstone on-the-spot at Gu-Shan mining. in this paper, analyzing its energy saving effect by statistical results of experiment based on Bond's crushing theory, so as to proof its high-efficiency and remarkable energy saving in crushing hard ironstone.
