Fault Diagnosis for the Control System of Three-Axis Turntable Based on Neural Network Fuzzy Classifier

摘要

In this paper, the fault in the control system of three-axis turntable is analyzed, and some issues are proposed such as the structure of system, the selecting approach of diagnosing points and the principle of fault diagnosis. Then a method of fault diagnosis based on the fuzzy classifier with neural network is presented which is used in fault classification and recognization. Applying the neural network together with fuzzy theory, it is convenient to represent the qualitative knowledge of fault diagnosis. The result of simulation demonstrates that the method is available for the fault diagnosis.
