摘要

Three kinds of ground treatment methods for three buildings with 6 stories within an area of irrigation canals will be covered in the paper. The authors analyse and compare design methods action mechanisms, construction methods and the treatment effects of sand column, powder deep mixing method (PDM ) and grout deep mixing method ( GDM ). The best ground treatment method is chosen from the three so that the derelict land in the irrigation canal area can be reutilized. Moreover, the reasons why there is negligible reduction of liquefaction potential with PDM and GDM and why the bearing capacity of GDM is not enough are discussed in the paper.
