How to realize the sustainable development of the agriculture of our country is an important problem of perplexing China's economic development for a long time, its outlet lies in strengthening rural human capital input raising peasant's quality. Depending on scientific and technological progress, developing the knowledge type of agricultural economies, through the cultivations of system at rural area to promote the capacities of sustainable developments of agriculture.
