Epoxy resin is widely used as injecting material to repair and maintain concrete structures because of the higher compressive and adhesive strength as compared to inorganic materials. However, serious drawback is caused due to the expansive property, water-resistance and decomposition of the epoxy resin in the presence of ultraviolet rays. In this experimental research, the performance of three different type of injection materials were evaluated under severe condition in the presence of ultraviolet rays and extreme temperature conditions. We consider a newly developed acrylic resin, epoxy resin and polymer cement. Of these three, the former two are organic material and the third one is inorganic material. From the results, it was found that the newly developed acrylic resin had the better ductility and durability, compared to the other materials.
