摘要

In this report is represented the information about a course of development of small-sized strapdown inertial unit (S1U) intended for use as command-measuring device of Control System of the "Dnepr" launcher's Self-contained Booster Stage (Space Tug) and based on dynamically tuned gyroscopes and pendulous accelerometers. The special attention is given to principles of reservation of SIU structures, providing non-failure and continuous operation at occurrence of any possible single malfunction. The system of SIU output data formation and algorithmic maintenance of SIU operation in various modes are described. Some results of tests of the first pre-production models are represented, which confirm correctness of applied technical decisions.
