The concept of MRM for corporate and business aircraft maintenance is the same as that for commercial, military, commuter or general aviation. It is just applied in a different setting. Humans are humans. We don’t know how to keep humans immune from committing errors or totally safe from the consequences of these errors. The best people make the worst mistakes. We can redesign the machine. We can only train the people.
