To provide a facility element maintenance management system and a facility element maintenance management method that can manage such that maintenance work of a facility element is efficiently performed.SOLUTION: A facility element maintenance management method that manages maintenance work of at least one facility element which is attached to a manufacturing facility manufacturing manufactures comprises the steps of: acquiring (ST1) operation history information of the manufacturing facility at predetermined timing; analyzing (ST2) a tendency of a state of the facility element on the basis of the acquired operation history information; performing (ST4) the maintenance work of the facility element in which the state has the tendency of worsening more than a predetermined state; generating (ST6) maintenance result information being a result of the maintenance work; and creating (ST7) a repair work instruction that instructs the repair work of the facility element, in which the state after performing the maintenance work is not improved compared with the predetermined state, on the basis of the maintenance result information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
