The conference showed wide support for the Code of Conduct on thernSafety and Security of Radioactive Sources and its associated Guidance on thernImport and Export of Radioactive Sources. There were divergent views as tornthe need for the Code to be converted into a legally binding instrumentrn(convention) in the short term.
