摘要

Based on formation mechanism of membrane, a filtration model is introduced to simulate the slurry membrane during slurry shield tunneling. In this filtration model, the slurry is regarded as multiphase flow while the stratum is regarded as a porous medium. By a volume control method, it complies with mass and volume conservation during the formation of membrane, i.e., the output volume of filtration is equal to that of the compression of soil at the boundary. This model reveals the dynamic process of slurry membrane and mechanism changes of the stratum, which is very important to ascertain the stability of working face during slurry shield tunneling.
